All Suites include private bedroom with queen size bed, private bath, full kitchen, living area with queen size sofa bed, private balcony and the use of the swimming pool, roof top sun deck, sandy area in front with chairs, chaise lounges and 250' pier with swimming area AND Free wireless internet.

• Upon arrival at the San Pedro airport or water taxi terminal take a taxi to the resort and we pay. (Complimentary)

• Check-out time 12:00 pm  - Check-in time 5:00 pm   

• 6-night minimum stay required during Christmas and Easter periods

• $100.00 deposit required upon booking. Total balance due 30 days prior to arrival

• Resort will obtain 20% discount on most Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Mayan Ruin Tours, Fishing, etc.   List emailed on request.

• CANCELLATION POLICY    Cancellation must be made in email or fax • Cancellation 46 days or more prior to arrival: No charge

• Cancellation 31 to 45 days or more  prior to arrival: $100 fee. • Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival or after check-in: No refund

• TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE  We encourage our guests to take Travel Insurance similar to the ones below to cover against cancellation or date changes in unforeseen circumstances.
