All Suite Rates are based on per person occupancy as shown above
Maximum allowable occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children.
Children 12 and under are stay free.
Policies & Procedures

• Upon arrival at the San Pedro airport or water taxi terminal take a taxi to the resort and we pay. (Complimentary) |

• Check-out time 12:00 pm - Check-in time 5:00 pm |

• 6-night minimum stay required during Christmas and Easter periods |

• $100.00 deposit required upon booking. Total balance due 30 days prior to arrival |

• Resort will obtain 20% discount on most Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Mayan Ruin Tours, Fishing, etc. List emailed on request. |

• CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation must be made in email or fax • Cancellation 46 days or more prior to arrival: No charge |

• Cancellation 31 to 45 days or more prior to arrival: $100 fee. • Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival or after check-in: No refund |

• TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE We encourage our
